Brief Description

Description :

The technology is an improved process for the pretreatment of vegetable oils, like rice bran oil and soybean oil. suitable for the physical refining route. Simple and economically attractive process for the pretreatment of vegetable oils which involves enzymatic degumming with commercially available phospholipase A1 from the sources like Aspergillus oryzae microorganism, bleaching and dewaxing of degummed and bleached oil to obtain oil with less than 5 ppm of residual phosphorus.
