Description :

On-line Monitoring of Free Fatty Acid (FFA) in Edible Oil is useful for monitoring of FFA, which is an important quality parameter, in edible oils like sun-flower oil. The monitoring will be helpful in optimizing the process and improve the quality of the product.The system provides a non-destructive, instantaneous, cost effective and accurate estimation of FFA content in sunflower oil. Measurements avoid the wastage of samples and chemicals. System is easy to operate and does not require trained personnel. Reduces human induced errors and results in energy reduction
