Details
Executive Summary : | This study hypothesises that Point-of-care (POC) diagnosis is the primary strategy towards the overarching goal of SARS-CoV-2 control and elimination. The hypothesis is based on using RBD/spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 as a target for diagnosis using specific peptide, aptamer, and antibody. |
Outcome/Output: | 1. Availability of reagents for development of diagnostic assays. 2. Availability of proof-of-concept devices for detection of virus antigen or antibody. |
