Brief Description
Description : | The underpass intersection which facilitates construction of underpass in line with or parallel to the existing highway using box jacking method has not been found attempted anywhere in the world before. This invention also helps full to construct underpass at any desired location (below ground intersection) even at places where it is not possible due to site constraints
. (i) A series of redlights in a short distances can be omitted after constructing the underpass using the said construction methodology. (ii) Shallow Underpass by box jacking in the alignment of road traffic (similar to metro) can be constructed without disturbing the live traffic. (iii) Shallow pedestrian underpass can be constructed using this technique |
