Executive Summary : | The concept aims to fortify edible flours with nano calcium oxide, electrolytic iron, and folic acid to improve calcium and iron absorption. This method can be used in various dishes, benefiting a large population, particularly children, adolescents, pregnant women, and lactating mothers. Fortification is an effective, simple, and inexpensive strategy for supplying vitamins and minerals to a wide population. |
