Executive Summary :

Effectiveness and well-functioning of the spacecraft depends on the learning surveillance system that depends on the design and development of cognitive computing systems that embed AI and ML techniques and methodologies, and uses all possible structures that categorizes the features relating to Spacecraft operations. The system to be developed in this project uses the data corpus that spreads across all the parameters of the data column and specifically relating to spacecraft health, mission operation which includes day to day planning, uplink and monitoring of the spacecraft health.
