Executive Summary : | In this work, a mathematical model is developed to estimate the impact of SARS-CoV-2. Based on climatic conditions, the countries will be clustered and the difference in model parameters will be studied. The study aims to gauge the effectiveness of lockdown measures using the model. |
Outcome/Output: | The fitted hybrid SEIQR model for Indian population highlights the influence of lockdown-imposed restrictions and regulations on COVID-19 disease transmission. The model also indicates that the number of unidentified COVID-19 recovered individuals is greater than the identified individuals.
