Details
Executive Summary : | Objective: Development of suitable technology to synthesis scandia doped tungsten nano-particles having ~100 nm average particle size, uniform particle diameter, homogeneously mixing of Scandia. Fabrication of pellet out of synthesized nano-particle using sintering process having porosity ~ 20% and average pore diameter ~ 20-30 nm. Development of high current density cathode which can be used in actual terahertz devices and can deliver more than 100 A/cm2 current density. |
