Executive Summary : | Microsporidiaare important pathogens causing gastrointestinal disorders in immunocompromised population and have a propensity to disseminate and difficult to treat. These must be detected at the earliest so that appropriate treatment can be initiated that will improve the prognosis in the patient. |
