Executive Summary : | Objective: Derivation and characterization of normal and patient specific iPSCs. . Generation and characterization of CRISPR based fluorescent tracer iPSC lines for lineage tracing. Establishment, improvisation of processes and characterization of brain organoids. Establishment of processes and characterization of trophoblast organoids from pluripotent cells. Establishment and characterization of intestinal organoids from pluripotent cells. Establishment and characterization of optic vesicles. The optic cup organoids will contain the retina. |
