Executive Summary : | An easy, rapid and confirmatory test for detection of Coronavirus which can be used screen hundreds of samples daily at the community level. The currently available rapid diagnostic tests can fail or produce false negatives. These tests need to be supplemented through other techniques such as RT-PCR. At times, even RT-PCR cannot be trusted. In such as scenario, the test developed I this work can be used for confirmed detection of virus particles in patients? samples. |
