Executive Summary : | This study aims to find a ‘Plug & Play’ solution that caters to surge in demand for ventilators in the face of medical emergencies such as COVID-19 |
Outcome/Output: | The current study was performed at 12bpm (breathing rate) and it was found that at fixed compliance of lung, with an increase in the tidal volume there is a significant increase in the PIP. This research will particularly bring down the time and cost associated with the manufacturing of a test lung. |
