Executive Summary :

Higher percentage of triple negative known for biologically aggressive behavior with poor prognostic factors in younger cohort of breast cancer in a diverse ethnic background is significant. This data supported by recent Indian studies though very few could be used to improve health care seeking behaviour of young womenfor early diagnosis by creating awareness . Molecular research is needed to know any relation sporadic BRCA 1 gene mutation with TNBC/basal like breast cancer in diverse ethnic population of region and associated risk factors in particular in future.
