Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) is a National Centre of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai. The broad goals of the Centre are to promote equity and excellence in science and mathematics education from primary school to undergraduate college level, and encourage the growth of scientific literacy in the country.

Kachchhmitra District Community Science Center, Kutch is working in area of science popularisation. They have organized various workshops, training programmes, seminars and conferences.

M. D. Mehta District Community Science Centre, Jamnagar is an institute working towards popularising science and mathematics education among students, teachers and the general public. Its mandate is to stimulate interest, encourage and expose the principles of science and scientific method and also to improve and find innovative methods of science education.
