Executive Summary : | Objective: Aim of the project is to develop highly sensitive, robust spin valve GMR sensing element having low hysteresis and high linearity for current sensing application.
Objective of the work will be -
Deposition of magnetic multilayer stack on 4 inch wafer with optimized condition to have thermal stability higher than 150oC; Fabrication of GMR sensing elements in operating range less than +/- 50 G using 4” wafer technology; Design and development current sensing chip to measure the current in the range +/- 50 A; Field test in collaboration with the industry partner; Knowhow of transfer and commercialization of the product. |
