:- Two cultivars namely Jwala and Himroz were developed with flower yield of 25-30 q/ha and essential oil yield of 650-800 g/ha Jwala is recommended for cultivation in sub-tropical northern plains, low hills and mid-hills (upto 1200 m amsl). Himroz is recommended for cultivation in mild temperate to cold temperate conditions (1200-2500 m amsl)
