Executive Summary :

The Science Mela aims to develop logic, critical thinking, and hands-on skills among students through Science and Technology-based quizzes and projects. It promotes science as a career, develops cognition and constructive attitudes in society, and provides guidance and experienced manpower for better understanding of science and technology. The exhibition will take place in two phases: a school-level exhibition, an inter-district project competition, and submission of the report. The project aims to improve students' understanding of scientific principles and technologies, encourage hands-on learning, and enhance teachers' knowledge. The exhibition will showcase various projects from five districts, promoting student-centric and practical learning approaches.

The proposal proposes organizing a series of science melas in five districts of Uttar Pradesh, India, to educate students about various science and technology domains and technologies. The program will involve expert lectures, quizzes, seminars, and projects. The aim is to motivate students to adopt science as their career and showcase their talents at school and district levels. The initiative aims to address the lack of science and technology initiatives in these areas, fostering a positive mindset and encouraging future generations to pursue science and technology careers.
