Executive Summary : | The Community Resilience Resource Centre (CRRC) in the Jhabua District of Madhya Pradesh State aims to build STI-based resilience at the community level by focusing on multi-dimensional poverty rather than income alone. The project will be conducted in five blocks of the district, including Jhabua Block, Meghnagar Block, Petlavad Block, Rana Block, Thandla Block, and Ranapur Block. The study will involve engaging and connecting with the tribal community through workshops, understanding community risk and resilience, and taking action for resilience through skill development training. The project will also focus on improving the standard of living for tribal women through Zari Zardausi weaving, mushroom farming, ICT and multimedia training, health and nutrition training, and entrepreneurship development programs. The research will be conducted in remote villages in the district, ensuring that the villages selected are representative of the whole district. The project will also monitor and modify the measures and indicators of the project to identify gaps and recommend improvements for future development. |
