Executive Summary : | The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Yoga Nidra for managing insomnia in menopausal and postmenopausal women. The research will use a validated Sleep Health Index questionnaire to assess sleep health in women aged 45-55. Two subgroups will be trained in Yoga Nidra and a yoga protocol for insomnia. The aim is to determine which method is more effective in managing insomnia by boosting the brain. The study hypothesizes that improving sleep health during or post menopause can improve emotional and cognitive measures, overall performance, and overall performance without medication or hormone replacement therapy. This aims to evaluate sleep health index in women during peri-menopausal window using a subjective measure SHI questionnaire. It also aims to study the effect of Yoga Nidra on insomnia management in women undergoing menopause, post-menopausal stage, and compare the effects of yoga vs. The study will use the National Sleep Foundation's Sleep Health Index (SHI) questionnaire to assess sleep duration, quality, and disorders in women aged 45-55 years. |
