Description : | BARC has developed a technology for preparation of packaged, pre-cut fresh apples having excellent visual quality for storage time of 10-12 days. Pre-cut ready to eat apple (RTE) product will increase consumer convenience and produce little or no waste for the consumers or food service operators. Cut apples may find its uses as a snack, as an ingredient for mixed fruit salads, as a fruit topping for a dessert, for fruit juice preparation, or in many other applications. |
