Executive Summary : | This study aims at the representation of several virus species through their genome structure by using various dynamical models to obtain dynamic portraits of virus DNA and to compare with the DNA structure of other viruses or bacteria to find a possible vaccine or cure for SARS-CoV-2 virus. |
Outcome/Output: | The analysis provides a novel and compact way to compare the genetic sequences and quantify their difference. An application of this method has been demonstrated to the SARS-CoV-2 nucleotide sequence to help find an appropriate strategy to find a possible treatment for COVID-19. |
