Executive Summary :

A six wheeled robot is introduced using the rocker bogie system for metal and obstacle detection along with transportation of medicine using green energy sources such as solar energy. This robot can assist with finding hidden explosives, metals, and other individuals in the field of natural security and in supplying medicines to the injured personnel. It is to propose Rocker Bogie Mechanism technique to be used for metal and obstacle detection (ESP-CAM 32) using Arduino controller with joystick with the help of encoder and decoder for the purpose of military applications and also to transport medicines to the injured army personnel for momentary relief. The proposed system coordinates with the customised in-built programmed application based on sst protocol which receives data from the high-resolution image sensing system on board the vehicle. The data from the application is sent real-time to the google cloud. A barcode scanner scans the suitable medicine kit i.e., Flumazenil, a benzodiazepine antagonist and aspirin, as per instructions from the programmed application and picks up the medical kit on board the vehicle, reaches the injured person with the help of high resolution image sensing system, powerful wheels, the sensitive metal sensing detector to avoid obstacles on its way and the simultaneous data communication from the cloud server and the vehicle then drops the medical kit. The vehicle works in hybrid mode i.e, solar energy and electrical energy (stored in batteries) converted from the multi-crystalline solar panels installed on top of the vehicle structure. Firstly, the Model will be prepared using CAD software, and then the proposed system will be simulated for structural stability by performing computations such as kinematic analysis of the linkages of rocker and bogie, static structural analysis of the chassis frame, dynamic analysis of the overall vehicular assembly. Material of the chassis and arms will be nanocomposite for structural stiffness as well as lighter weight and finally prototype will be made and tested for validation. The results will be analyzed.
