Brief Description
Description : | The project focuses on monitoring sleep hygiene and inducing sleep to enhance the quality of sleep in elderly patients suffering from insomnia. This is achieved through non-contact medical and scientifically integrated technology involving light, frequency, and behavioral therapy. The approach also includes a Sleep Diary and lifestyle modification to promote compliance, habits, and restructuring behavior and thoughts. |
