Brief Description
Description : | The technology is a innovative electrochemical concept to detect synthetic milk adulteration. This simple 'dip-and-read' device can be used to rapidly assess the purity of milk and rapidly screen milk samples in collection centres. It is hand-held and battery operated. A probe is dipped in the milk sample and read in the meter. Synthetic milk adulteration is suspected when the reading is above a range. The probe can be easily renewed by just washing and rinsing. |
