Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) signed an MoU with the Centre National de la Recherché Scientifique (CNRS), France in  January 2012. The current MoU envisages exchange of Research Personnel in the fields of mutual interest. Exchange of Technical Information in reproduced form such as periodicals, books, non-proprietary reports and other references, Research activities including the constitution of International Programmes for Scientific Cooperation (PICS), International Associated Laboratories (LIA), International Research Networks (GDRI), International Joint Units (UMI) or any other form of partnership will be conducted and promoted jointly.
