Executive Summary :

The study aims to improve women's livelihoods in KOT Village, Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, by implementing Next Generation Organic Farming using AI, Robotics, and IoT technologies. The village, located in Uttar Pradesh, is focusing on small lands with 2-4 hectares of land. The project will involve women in farming, deploying robots and Lora nodes for remote monitoring. The aim is to provide them with entrepreneurship and a respectable livelihood. The study aims to identify the predominant livelihood system for women, develop sensor nodes for data acquisition, develop IoT/LoRa networks, and train women SHGs for using the robots and user interfaces.

The project involves six phases: Literature Survey, Design and Development of Wireless Sensor Node for data acquisition, Lora Network Design, Design and Development of Multifunctional Robot and User Interface for organic farming, and Design and Development of a Multifunctional Robot and User Interface for organic farming. The project aims to guide women SHGs in profitable organic farming by developing a Multifunctional Robot for seed sowing, irrigation, weed cutting, crop disease monitoring, and crop harvesting. The robot will be modified based on ground-level requirements and have a user interface for monitoring the field from home.
