Executive Summary :

The proposal aims to study irregular radio galaxies using all-sky radio surveys and multi-wavelength follow-up observations. The study will focus on hybrid morphology radio galaxies (HYMORGs) and winged and bent structures. The project aims to discover 200 new winged, 300 head-tailed, and 100 new HYMOR sources, increasing the number of known rare radio galaxies. The research will use various telescopes to study their properties and formation mechanisms.

The study aims to search and study hybrid morphology radio galaxies (HYMORGs, Head-Tailed HT radio galaxies, and Winged Radio Galaxies WRGs) using VLA Faint Images of Radio Sky. The research will increase the known sample size of these sources by inspecting the whole sky with recent all-sky surveys. The study will provide information about the behavior of black holes and their role in the formation of irregular structures in radio galaxies. The study will also help understand the environment of the interstellar or intergalactic medium and how jets of radio galaxies interact with it. The study will also use multi-wavelength follow-up observations to estimate their spectral and dynamic ages.
