Executive Summary :

The primary objective of this project is to design the ferroelectric spiking neuron's (FSNs) based on normally-on ferroelectric FinFET devices for neuromorphic computing applications. The specific objectives are as follows: • Design a novel normally-on ferroelectric FinFET device at an advanced technology node using technology computer-aided design (TCAD) tools. • Investigate the circuit and system level performance of the ferroelectric spiking neuron using normally-on ferroelectric FinFET devices through simulations.
