Details
Executive Summary : | Objective: 1: Development of a systems level 'immune wellness index' with potential for clinical translation as predictive signature of immune health. Objective 2: Gathering of novel emergent biological insights into the relationship of immune aberrations and gut dysbiosis and exploring the underlying mechanisms in two major autoimmune diseases, viz. SLE and RA. Objective 3: Exploring novel therapeutic targets in preclinical models of autoimmunity diseases. |
