Details
Executive Summary : | This project aims to detect mutated virus, which might have been introduced from abroad or which might have emerged within the country, enabling rapid interventions to control the spread of mutated virus, which might have enhanced transmissibility. |
Outcome/Output: | Expansion of viral knowledge database to help in surveillance and accelerate next-generation sequencing technology for future use in diagnostic assays and tracking transmission dynamics of COVID-19 and other viruses. |
Organizations involved
