Osmotically dehydrated product are shelf stable,highly nutritious ,with good natural colour , flavor,and texture. Osmotically dehydrated mango is nearer to fresh fruit with enhanced nutritional quality and taste.product is safe and meets the FPO standards. 7-8 Kg of Ripe fruits required for making 1 kg of dehydrated slice.
