A Process for Coating of Allergen on Paper Disc for Allergy Diagnosis

It is in-vitro testing procedure of allergen coating on paper discs for allergy diagnosis by ELISA technique. Paper discs were coated with indigenous allergens like pollen grains, fungal raw materials etc. using poly vinyl alcohol and gluteraldehyde.
