Objective: The award shall be made in recognition of an outstanding research or development work carried out in Indian by an Indian National in Pharmaceutical and Allied Sciences
Criteria: 1. An individual or any age who is an Indian National shall be eligible for nomination for the award. 2. The nomination for the awards shall be entertained for outstanding research or development work (published/unpublished patented or otherwise recognised) done in respective branch or pharmaceutical science or technology by the individual during the immediately proceeding period of 7 years from the year of nomination. 3. The nominating person shall give a brief resume of the work biodata of the individual so nominated and an unambiguous proof of the outstanding nature of the nominated work by way of original reprints patents statements research papers thesis etc. for consideration by the Jury of Selectors. 4. The award shall normally be given to an individual who has not otherwise received some other foundations/funds award for the same work. 5. The Bombay College of Pharmacy shall have the right to publish the concerned research work if it so desires but otherwise the copyright of the research work shall be that of the author.
