Life sciences and engineering & technology for outstanding research research contribution by Oriya scientists working outside the state of Orissa in any branch of physical sciences life sciences and Rules & nominations proforma etc. of the award will be available in the office of the Orissa Bigyan academy only after the notificationcontribution in science and technology during the five years preceding the year of award.
