Research Complex for Eastern Region (RCER) is dedicated to innovating and developing low-cost, efficient and sustainable technologies to suit the specific requirements of agriculture development in the eastern region. The mission of the institute is to transform the low productivity-high potential eastern region into a high productivity region for food, nutritional and livelihood security and to promote network and consortia research in the eastern region.
