The study aims to design and synthesize novel 2-aminochromone and 2-aminoquinolinone-containing 1,2,3 triazol, Isoxazole, 1,2,4-oxadiazol, and carboxamides with anti-HIV and anti-cancer activities. These five-membered heterocyclic moieties are crucial in medicinal chemistry and are essential structural components in bioactive analogues. The researchers will use a computational tool to design novel heterocyclic analogues of 2-amino chromones and 2-amino quinolinones. The compounds will be evaluated against various protein kinases and their molecular docking study will be performed using the Autodock Vina program. The results will be compiled and documented, and a manuscript or patent will be written accordingly. The study aims to provide valuable insights into the interactions and binding of these compounds.
