Executive Summary : | This research work deals with the qualitative and quantitative assessment of HA-loaded niosomes for the treatment of COPD, where HA will be used as a drug to entrap inside niosomes for the evaluation of its in-vitro and in-vivo parameters using COPD-induced rat models. The proposed aerosol-based HA loaded shall help to overcome the limitations of free drug administration by providing a greater efficacy of the drug along with a better in-vitro-in-vivo correlation in the treatment of COPD. |
