Executive Summary : | The proposal aims to develop fundamental approaches to mechanical-mathematical modeling to optimize the deformation behavior of structures made of composites based on high-end thermoplastic polymers reinforced with continuous carbon fibers. The project focuses on superstructural thermoplastic polymers for power and transport equipment, analyzing the deformation behavior of such structures under complex stressed conditions. The project aims to develop complexes that provide mathematical modeling and optimization of the structures of critical power elements, allowing for the design and optimization of the structure and production parameters of composite materials. The project objectives include modeling the processes of nucleation and development of structural transformations in structures made of composites based on superstructural thermoplastic polymers reinforced with continuous carbon fibers, mathematical modeling of the deformation behavior of unidirectional monolayers of thermoplastic prepreg quotcarbon fiber - polysulfonequot, results of mathematical modeling of the deformation behavior of microplastics with different contents of a thermoplastic binder 30 - 50 wt and different contents of high-strength and high-modulus carbon fibers 1K, 3K, 6K, 12K bundles. |
