Executive Summary : | Objective: Nanometal engrained Agro waste based Dielectric materials for Embedded Capacitor Summary: Materials made of nano sized metals by virtue of their novel properties such as plasmon absorption, super paramagnetism, Coulomb blockade etc. are potential candidates for present and future high-tech demand. Recently, metal–polymer nanocomposite materials have become vital in view of their potential applications as electroactive materials in pH sensors and moreover in high charge-storage capacitors In the present work agro waste fibers that will be engrained with metal nanoparticles and will be investigated for dielectric properties to find out their suitability to be used in integrated circuits /embedded capacitors. In this study, these nano metal loaded fibers will be subjected to various characterization to determine their dielectric behavior by articulating dielectric constant (K), dissipation factor (Df), capacitance (C), resistance (R) and effect of frequency on their dielectric properti. |
