The present disclosure relates to nucleotide sequence selected from a group comprising sequence set forth as SEQ ID No. 1 and SEQ ID No. 2. The said nucleotide sequences possess promoter activity. The disclosure further relates to an expression vector comprising the nucleotide sequence, a host cell comprising the said expression vector.
