Executive Summary : | TUBB and SNAP25 reduction could be an early event occurring in the disease. Soluble amyloid beta interacting YWHAZ may disrupt synaptic function and lead to loss in learning and memory causing AD. These results may help in finding the suitable drug targets and more importantly in understanding the disease mechanism. |
