Total Budget (INR): | 79,78,000 |
Achievements : | Shoreline digitization has been carried out from multi temporal satellite imagery. Further, PI has conducted fieldwork along the Hoogly, Muriganga, Saptamukhi, Thakuran, Matla, and Bidhyadhari Rivers in two different phases. Different hydrological parameters viz. depth, turbidity, total dissolved solid (TDS), flow direction, flow velocity and reflectance at 160 locations was measured. Additionally, geomorphic and morphometric features along the riverbank have also been recorded. |
