Outcome/Output: | Mass spectrometry an analysis of obtained data towards developing a kinetochore interaction map and to identify preiously uncharacterized kinetochore proteins and interactions. The proposed kinetochore interactome wil be validated by coimmunoprecipitation and genetic analyses. |
