The Centre works with a broad vision and aim of taking science to people and bringing people to science. Centre's mission is to create interest, enthusiasm and awareness in science including mathematics, by working for students, teachers and common public.

The main purpose of this center is to educate students about scientific interests and approaches, to spread the Knowledge of science in society, awareness of scientific approaches in rural women, proper use of natural resources, protection of the environment, education of science in a very easy way in classrooms.

The puropse to establish Community Science Centre, Dahod is to create awareness about science in people and students. It works to develope scientific attitude among society to upgrade their living standard.

Kalaniketan Community Science Centre, Tapi works to spread science awareness amongst rural and tribal communities.

The Center is engagged in promotion and popularisation of Science & Technology among community.

Lok Vigyan Kendra, Panchmahal works to spread science awareness amongst rural and tribal communities.

Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) is a National Centre of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai. The broad goals of the Centre are to promote equity and excellence in science and mathematics education from primary school to undergraduate college level, and encourage the growth of scientific literacy in the country.

Jay Bharti District Community Science Centre's objective is to educate Students about Mathematics and Science, Develop their interest in this field for further future, and to create involvement of the beneficiaries in the process of developing and ensuring their effective participation at a greater scale.
